This well appointed one bed apartment is well located in the centre of Estepona Port within easy walking of the shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. The good sized lounge is comfortable, clean and airy and has been furnished with simple but comfortable modern taste. It offers the basic English Sky TV free-to-air channels or you may increase the selection by bringing you own Sky viewing card with you. It has a lovely side view of the sea and the harbour from the covered terrace area. The Kitchen is new and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare most types of dish. The bathroom is also new. The bedroom provides twin beds. There is plenty of wardrobe space and a door that leads out onto the covered terrace that is shared with the lounge. The terrace also has a sofa bed which may also be made up to sleep an extra two people if necessary. All together this is a nice clean apartment with good quality furnishing that we highly recommend as an excellent place to stay.

The apartment is located on the first floor of block 1 of the four prominent blocks of apartments (called Puerto Paraiso) which run along the front of Estepona port. This block is furthest away from the port entrance and faces south west. This location benefits when it comes to finding a quiet apartment in the port as most of the noisy nightclubs are far enough away not to be heard. Access to the urbanisation is via an electronic fob key for both pedestrian and parking access. The Port is one of the main locations that people head for when taking a holiday in Estepona due to its close proximity to many restaurants, supermarkets, bars, nightclubs, beaches, coffee shops etc. For those with young children, the nearby Cristo bay with its beach bars offers shallow water, small waves, a sandy beach and a great place for children to make friends. Estepona town is easily walked to from the harbour.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 30% deposit is required when booking the apartment. The balance is payable in Euros cash on arrival. There is a further 150 Euros refundable security deposit taken on arrival via credit card which is returned within a week of departure providing there is no damage or breakages to the apartment. There is an extra 20 Euros charge for arriving after 9pm when the office is closed.
  • A cot and high chair is available for hire for 50 Euros for up to two weeks hire. Fast Internet ADSL is available for hire via a pay-as-you-go vodafone dongle for 10 Euros. we recommend 40 Euros of pre-paid data will also about two weeks. A charge of fifty Euros more is charged for extra adults staying on the sofa bed over the number of two people. The price includes a weekly linen change and mini-clean.
  • Estepona town offers plenty of bars and restaurants plus the old town area which has plenty of pretty areas to stroll around. The seafront walkway offers a relaxed route to stroll into the town. Estepona is a good central location to explore the Costa del Sol with good roads and bus routes to places such as Gibraltar, Puerto Banús or Marbella. There are also many white villages to explore.
