Brand new apartment situated in one of the most panoramic locations of Lake Como, just below the village of Perledo, just above the beautiful town Varenna. The apartment enjoys a balcony from where you can see the most amazing panoramic view of the lake. The brand new interior is well appointed, fully equipped and stylishly decorated. There is one bedroom, one bathroom with shower, open-plan living area with modern kitchen, lounge area with flat screen SAT TV. There is a shared outdoor swimming pool (open at the beginning of June) and sunbathing terrace around the back of the apartment building in a sheltered spot. Varenna's ferry terminal and train station are only a 15min walk down (and back up) historic paths, that cut across the road that leads up to the old quarry where this super development has been built.

    There is a final cleaning cost of €70 when staying for one week & €90 when staying for two weeks with all bed-linen & towels included. If staying for two weeks or more – the bed-linen & towels will be refreshed after each week. All utility usage such as water, electricity & gas, are included in the rental price.

    We offer a range of facilities, which are available for hire through our office ‘Happy Holiday Homes’ in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Single Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Italian Mobile Phone - EU 15 per week, Mountain Bikes - EU 60 per week, Internet Access - EU 15 per week, Air Conditioning- EU 80 per week, (only if the property has an Air-Con Unit and you would like to use it), Boat Mooring - EU 150 per week, (only if there is a boat mooring available at the rental property).
  • Payments by Credit/Debit Card & Wire Transfer
    There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

Varenna and Local Skiing : Varenna may be the most picturesque town on the lake, its steep winding alleys lined with charming homes, flowering balconies and lace-curtained windows. Just above it is the ancient castle where Theodolinda, Queen of the Lombards, is said to have died in the 7th century. Two famed villas to visit here are Villa Cipressi, with terraced gardens cascading right down to the shores, and Villa Monastero, a true showcase. The skiing areas of Madesimo and St. Moritz in Switzerland are just 80 - 90 mins drive from Varenna. The slopes of Italy's western Trentino and Lombardy are between 90 minutes and 2 hours drive away. One of several local skiing areas is 'Piani di Bobbio' from where you can enjoy the alpine scenery.
