This bright new 3 bed apartment is in the highly regarded Marina Parc complex at Mandelieu La Napoule, just 4 miles to the west of Cannes. On the 5th floor (there is a lift) it has gentle breezes in the height of summer and south and west facing balcony terraces guarantee sun or shade all day, and give views towards the sea and to the Esterel mountains. It sleeps 6 very comfortably. There is a convenient ground floor garage for secure car parking. The gated development has a delightful pool with large sun-bathing area, and landscaped gardens and there is a small fitness trail and children's playground adjoining. It is built around a Marina connected to the final section of the Siagne river before it flows into the Mediterranean. You can walk from Marina Parc 15 minutes down the riverside path to the sea, the beaches and the port at La Napoule. The apartment is convenient for the many bars and restaurants in the area and is 300 yards from the supermarket and shops of Mandelieu.

Marina Parc is a new gated development of luxury apartments providing an infinity pool with a sunbathing terrace and landscaped grounds, surrounding a Marina. Adjoining it is an exercise area and a children's playground. A boat mooring is a possibility. It is conveniently situated opposite a bakery/patisserie and close to the supermarket, other local shops and amenities in Mandelieu. There is a scenic 15 minute walk down the River Siagne towpath to the sea, to reach La Napoule's many restaurants, bars, noted water sports facilities and renowned all-year golf courses. All amenities are within a 3 minute drive. The glamorous beaches and the Croisette at Cannes are 4 miles away, and the rocky coves of Theoule are also within easy reach. Access to the A8 motorway at Mandelieu means that all the attractions of the Cote d'Azur: Antibes, Mougins, Grasse, and Nice are all within about 30 minutes drive, and day trips to St. Tropez, Monaco, Italy and the Gorge de Verdon are very feasible.

Additional information about rental rates

  • As well as rental payment in full, a security deposit of £500 is requested. Both should be sent one month before the rental start date to allow time for the payment to clear and keys to be sent.
    The security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of the stay, (and after return of keys).
  • A booking deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required to secure the booking. However we're happy to reserve any telephone confirmation for a few days to allow time for the deposit payment to be received. The 50% booking deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 2 calendar months before the rental date, but non-refundable if cancelled after that.

Notes: A selection of books, games, CDs, DVDs are provided as well as comprehensive tourist information, dictionaries, maps and guide books for the immediate area and the region. Linen and towels are provided. The building benefits from an air circulation instead of air conditioning, part of the development's 'environmentally friendly' credentials. There are electric fans in every room although they would not normally be required even in Summer. There is always some breeze, as the apartment is double aspect and on the fifth floor. There are external blinds fitted to all windows so that the rooms can be kept extra cool during the day if required. The apartment building has a concierge on the ground floor, and this apartment has a ground floor garage with level access from the outside and to the lift. A remote control is provided to operate the main gate to the development and the entrance to the garages.

Balcony Terraces: There are 37 square metres of balcony terrace and these have teak patio furniture for outside eating. There are also 4 PVC sun loungers and outside chairs for sun-bathing and relaxing on the terrace.

Full Range of Appliances: The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate 'service' room with a washing machine for your laundry. There are thermostatically controlled electric radiators throughout for winter occupation.

Mooring Facilities: Marina Parc is built around a large marina, and there is alway the possibility of hiring a mooring for your stay. There are public launch ramps available in the area if you bring your boat with you. Moorings are equipped with electricity and fresh water facilities. The commonest moorings available are for boats up to 3m width. Bear in mind that morring arrangements may take a little longer to finalise than rental of the apartment. If you wish to hire a boat for the duration of your stay we can put you in tocuh with a local agent who can offer competetive prices.
