The apartment is located beside the Jardin Alsace Lorraine, just off Boulevard Gambetta. The beach is within 8 minutes walk of the apartment and the pedestrian zone with plenty of restaurants is only a short walk away. From the airport you take the number 99 bus and it stops just before the Jarden in Alsace Lorraine thus making the apartment easily accessible. The property is located on the first floor and there is elevator access. The apartment is newly renovated, bright and stylish. When you walk into the apartment it has a large open plan living room and kitchen. Off the living room is the bedroom, beside which is the bathroom and separate toilet. The terrace has a bistro set and it is nice to sit out in the evening watching the sun go down with a glass of wine! Linen and towels are provided. This is an ideal pad from which to explore everything Nice has to offer.

The apartment is in a quiet area with restaurants, cafes and supermarkets a stones throw away. If you walk down Victor Hugo Boulevard you will arrive at the main shopping street. Also here is the tram line which leads to Nice Port. The prom/beach is an 8 min walk. The busy pedestrian zone is about a 6 min walk from the apartment where you will find many restaurants which will fill your appetite. The old town is within a 10 min walking distance where you will find narrow streets with an array of different shops. The train station Gare Sncf on Ave Thiers is about 0.5 km from the apartment which will take you to Cannes and Monaco.

Property was as described. Everything worked properly as we'd expect it to. It was clean, linen, etc was provided as promised. The lady who met us (Veronica) was lovely, very helpful with everything we asked for.

All in all, met all our expectations so we were very happy.
