This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment (1 double bed and 2 single beds) has sea views and it is situated in a private/secure residential complex. The apartment complex has a communal pool, you will be provided with a special key fob to get into the pool. The whole complex is surrounded with any electric gate so that passers by cannot enter. The residence is a safe environment for your children to play and run around, as we have a park area, where you could go and relax having a picnic. This apartment has a fitted alarm and intercom door entry system. There are two sofas and 4 seater dining table. The apartment has Air Conditioning, Bed Linen, Towels *(including Beach towels), Television, DVD Player, Hi-Fi, Microwave Grill, Electric Hob, Electric Oven, Iron & Board, Kitchen utensils, Fan, Heater and Quilts.

Based in Playa Flamenca just 20 minutes south of Torrevieja on Spain's Costa Blanca. There are several blue flag beaches, shops, bars and restaurants all within a short drive from the apartment. The nearest beach Playa Flamenca is just a 20 min walk. For any golf enthusiasts there are 3 professional level courses within a 5 minute drive from the apartment. There are two very nice beaches nearby these are Playa Flamenca and La Zenia and are both within a short drive from the apartment. If you take a 10 minute drive from the apartment you can go to Torrevieja a beautiful fishing village which has a large shopping mall, a family water park and ample bars, restaurants, shops. If you fancy getting away in the Spanish sun for a few holes of golf this is the place to go. There are 3 professional level golf courses at Las Ramblas, Villamartin and Campoamor all within a 5 to10 minutes drive from the apartment. Other sporting activities nearby include Tennis, Horse Riding & many Water sports.
