This spacious and stylish 4 bedroom finca is extremely contemporary and modern yet maintains a very rustic and traditional feel. It has many luxury features and has been built to a very high specification. The solar heated pool can extend the summer season and also enables more hardy swimmers to enjoy the pool during the winter.

  • Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in Euros, on booking, a deposit is required equivalent to 30 per cent of the total cost. The outstanding amount is due usually eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
    A security fee of 300 Euros is also payable on the booking of your holiday, which will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period. This is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixtures and fittings. We will always discuss any deductions with you before returning the security deposit.

Notes: The focal point of the 5000 m2 grounds is the stunning 10m x 4m solar heated pool with Roman steps. The pool is gated for the safety of children and has the benefit of an outside shower. The pool is surrounded by a very large 200 m2 terrace and features 8 sunbeds and 2 hammocks and gazebo for the use of guests for that much needed rest and relaxation as well as a dining table and chairs. From the naya there is also another 100m2 terrace with gazebos and dining seating which is perfect for family breakfasts. As well as the ample terracing and pool area there are also beautiful landscaped Mediterranean gardens. There is a 50 m2 south facing naya with 3 large arched glazed windows and 2 glazed arches with doors. This room is perfect for late summer evenings and boasts wooden beamed ceilings and leather chairs. This room leads outside onto an open naya with seating area and a large 100 m2 terrace with a dining area and a double gazebo. This area would be perfect for al fresco dining.

Places of Interest: Other places of interest in the area are A 5* paragliding school in Parcent village and paragliding from the mountain (Coll de rates), only a 10 minute drive from the villa. There is also the Donkey sanctuary in the mountains toward Bernia where one can offer support for the project by indulging in an incredible lunchtime feast with amazing views where all profits go towards the well being of the donkeys and of course the famous mountain spring and walks on the Serra Bernia, only 15 minutes drive away. Around 50 minutes drive away are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia Water Park & Wild Life Park. Historic Guadalest and the famous water pools and waterfalls are just 30 mins drive away. The area around the villa is particularly good for walkers/hikers, cycling, bird watching and sight seeing. In addition to the paragliding there is also Quad Biking, Go Karting and an Outdoor Pursuits Centre

Coastal details: The Costa Blanca is renowned for its white sandy blue flag beaches and several can be reached from the villa within 15 - 45 minutes drive. Calpe 15 mins. Denia 20 mins. Moraira 20 mins. Javea 30 mins. Altea 35 mins. Benidorm 45 mins.
