Located in Quinta dos Salicos, an exclusive development of around 45 privately owned properties, and with nearest neighbours 70m away, 'Jardim do Campo' is a single-storey villa that mixes a traditional Portuguese style with completely modernised interiors. Large internal living areas flow into external terraces and pool area. The villa is ideal for large families of different age groups. The villa sleeps twelve, in five en suite bedrooms, three double and two triples. The manicured gardens of 3600 m2 are enhanced by expansive country views. A full-size, all-weather tennis court and a 10x5m pool make this the perfect holiday destination. Completely remodeled in 2005, the 55m2 living room has seating for 12 guests, and dining table seats 12. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and large cooker. There is central heating and air conditioning included in the price. High chairs and cots can be arranged at no extra cost.

The villa is ideally located halfway between the fishing villa and holiday resort of Carvoeiro, and the residential market town of Lagoa. Both are around 10 km away from the Algarve's second largest city, Portimao, so a hospital, marina, malls, etc, are not far away. The village of Carvoeiro has its own pretty beach, where small fishing boats offer trips for tourists, to see the caves and the dolphins. There are many restaurants, bars and ever improving shops in town but the surrounding countryside, in which the villa is located, is a haven of tranquility. Whilst the town has its own pretty beach, there are many famous and popular beaches minutes from the house, including Marinha, Benagil, Carvalho, Centianes and others. The golf courses, Pinta and Gramacho are less than 10 minutes drive away, the closest water park is 5 minutes away, with several others within a half hour drive. Faro airport, Lagos, Vilamoura marina and casino, and Silves are very close, within 30-45 minutes drive.

Gardens: The gardens are around 3,600 m2 and include a 10x5 swimming pool which has a cover to keep some of that heat in during the cooler months, a private all-weather tennis court, a pool/snooker table and a table tennis table. Guests are expected to provide their own equipment. The garden has a small orchard with peaceful views over the surrounding countryside. There are plenty of play areas in the grounds. Adjacent to the property are open areas with easy walking access. Plenty of on-site, off-street parking is available. The property is elevated and from the lounge, some rooms and terraces, there are wonderful country views.

Directions: From the airport: take the A22/Via do Infante and exit at Lagoa/Silves, heading south towards Lagoa. Follow the Lagoa South signs onto the EN125 heading towards Lagoa and Carvoeiro (stay in the left hand lane and merge with the EN125). Once on the EN125, go straight on at the first roundabout (you will see Pao de Acucar on your right). At the next roundabout/intersections, take the slip road right, towards Carvoeiro. At the first roundabout, tale the left fork towards Carvoeiro. Follow the road until you have passed Intermarche on your right. Approximately 300 metres on, turn left at the traffic lights. After about 100 metres, take the LEFT fork in the road. Follow this road for approximately 1 kilometre, and at a bend in the road (to the right) you will see the entrance to Salicos on the left. Turn left into the urbanisation. Take the first road right and then the first road right again. Follow the road around and Jardim do Campo is located on your right after about 500 met
