Spacious 5 bedroom villa with spectacular sea views and private pool located just a 10 minute drive to Javea´s sandy beach, brimming with bars, restaurants and cafes. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main living area and 2 further separate double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and their own access ideal either for older teenagers who wish to come home later than the rest of the group or for couples wanting their own privacy. There is a covered terrace with dining table and chairs for 10 and chill out sofas for lounging. At the pool level there is a BBQ area, another dining table and sunbeds.

  • If you are traveling with children we can help you with some extras to make your stay more comfortable. We will collect from the hire shop free of charge and arrange for the following equipment to be at the villa. Please be sure to book well in advance especially in mid, high and peak seasons as items are limited so you may find the equipment is not available. Price per item per week:

    Cot hire: 35 Euros for the 1st week and 15 Euros for subsequent weeks.
    High chair hire: 20 Euros
    Buggy/Pram Hire: 28.50 Euros
    Car seats (0-4 years): 25 Euros
    Booster seats: 10 Euros
    Avent steriliser: 20 Euros

    Other extras:

    Mid stay linen change: 15 Euros (per person per change)
    Beach towel: 10 Euros (per towel per booking)
