Moray Park Terrace is a modern apartment on a corner location with panoramic views towards Edinburgh city centre and Holyrood Park.Less than one mile to City Centre ( Free Parking Bay ) The apartment is in a modern development situated between Abbeyhill and Meadowbank. It is newly furnished and fully centrally heated. It consists of a living room with double sofabed, one bedroom with KING-SIZE bed, fully fitted kitchen including microwave and washing machine, bathroom, and hall. The apartment is on the third floor on a corner location offering a greater level of privacy than in many other locations. The living room has a bay window with open outlook and there is a TV with a video, small selection of children's videos to use during your stay, digital free-view box, and a small Hi-Fi/CD player. There is a private parking space situated directly outside the stair. A 'Sainsbury's' supermarket and other shops are located across the road. Local bus stops nearby.

Flat is directly opposite a small retail shopping park with a variety of shops including clothing and a Sainsburys supermarket. Holyrood Park is only a short distance away and easily reached on foot. Fantastic views across the city and to the coast can be enjoyed from many locations in the park. Climb 'Arthurs Seat', the highest hill and the highest point in the city or take a walk along the top of the famous 'Salisbury Crags' loking down on Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament building. After taking in the views, stop off at the Holyrood Palace cafe at the park entrance for coffee before heading up the 'Royal Mile' to Edinburgh Castle.

Meadowbank Sports Stadium is only 100 yards away from the apartment. The stadium offers a variety of sports facilities, including, badmington, squash, football, basketball, a running track and a well equipped gym. All facilities are available to be used by visitors.
