The villa has been newly renovated to a very high standard, decorated in light colours, with tasteful soft furnishings & modern amenities, creating a charming atmosphere. Light and spacious, the living & dining areas open onto a garden terrace, shaded by an awning. Perfect for summer meals & sun downers. The terrace overlooks a lovely garden, with it's beautiful trees and flowering plants, and a spectacular circle-shaped swimming pool with it's very own island. The pool area is very private and peaceful, with superb views of the surrounding hills. The modern kitchen is fully and tastefully equipped and leads directly onto a covered outside dining area. This summer kitchen is furnished with an outside oven and grill, and there is a BBQ. This beautiful villa is ideal for two families or two couples, as the villa can be divided into two parts by an inter leading door, each part having their own access. The house is protected by an alarm system and has an electric gate & parking.

This villa is perfectly positioned to enjoy the beauty of the Cote D'Azur countryside , being close to Vence with it's many shops, art galleries, museums and restaurants, and it's famous 'Les Nuits Du Sud', summer musical concerts which host various international artists, providing memorable summer nights out.Vence has three large supermarkets, a cinema and a traditional French atmosphere. Vence is also home to Matisse's chapel. St Paul de Vence is just 2km from the villa, famous for it's artists and art galleries,and the Colombe D'Or Hotel and Restaurant, once frequented by the legendary actor Yves Montand and Picasso. Nice and Cannes are ideal for shopping and sight-seeing, as are the other medieval villages close by, like Tourrettes sur Loup and Antibes. Italy is a 45 minute drive away. The french riviera is animated with open air concerts, jazz festivals, and sunny beaches.

Notes: The villa is on two levels. There is a large living and dining area 70m2 with a fireplace, dining area and sofas. This villa is also ideal for two families or two couples sharing as it can be divided in two parts. You have the master bedroom, located in a tower, with it's own bathroom and toilet, it's own access and access to a private open solarium where you have wonderful views of the surrounding hills. An inter leading door separates the master bedroom area from the two other bedrooms and shared bathroom. This would be ideal for a couple with children. We were surprised on arrival to discover that the villa did not fit the description on the website. Advertised as having three bedrooms for six people, there were in fact only two bedrooms and a bed installed on the landing of the first floor. Access to the second bedroom was through the landing. We were obliged to cancel the visit of our son's friend. The owner did not seem to be concerned and said that it was really only for 4 people. Otherwise the villa is very attractive, clean, well decorated.
Owner's Response: This beautiful,luxurious, tastefully furnished villa is classified as a three bedroom villa by French standards.There is one main bedroom with it's own separate bathroom, and then two inter-leading bedrooms which share a bathroom. Maximum sleeping capacity is 6 people in this large, spacious 260m2 villa. Drawings of the villa layout are available. All our OTHER guests have enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this lovely villa.
