In the heart of Florence's historical centre, this spacious penthouse fully furnished with antiques, has a great rooftop panoramic terrace overlooking monuments of Florence. It is located near Piazza della Signoria at the 5th floor with elevator. The living room is accessed from the entrance. It is provided with a divan, a small desk with computer connected to internet with a broadband, a computer video that is also a TV with satellite SKY system. The working gas open fire add a warming atmosphere. The dining room is the next room. from there there is the access to the main bedroom with en-suite, the kitchen overlooking the roofs from 3 sides and the tower of Palazzo Vecchio. From the dining room through a flight of stairs there is the access to the upper room, another living room furnished with a divan that become a pull-down very comfortable double bed, the second bathroom and the terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs.

The area is extremely interesting from the cultural/artistic point of view from the 'Casa di Dante' (House of Dante Alighieri) his church were is beried his muse Beatrice Portinari. Lots of museums are in the same area 'Il Bargello', 'Palazzo Vecchio', 'Uffizi', 'Palazzo Pitti', 'L'Opera del Duomo', 'L'Accademia' and meny others. Then the churches 'Orsanmichele' 'Il Duomo' 'Il Battistero' 'Santa Maria Novella' (this church gives the name to the main train station).
