A beautiful, light and spacious family villa near the picturesque Cote d’Azur village of Mougins. Villa Azul has three bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, a fabulous modern kitchen and dining room leading through to a covered terrace and outdoor BBQ area. There’s a living room with leather sofas and TV den with huge plasma screen TV, DVD and Wifi internet. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, ideally 4 adults plus children. Set within a lovely landscaped garden planted with exotic palms and flowering shrubs, the villa has a secluded pool and pool area and flat lawned garden. It is completely private and enclosed and located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood of Mougins within easy walking distance to the Cannes Mougins golf course and local shops and only a couple of minutes drive into the old medieval hilltop village of Mougins with its many restaurants (including renowned Moulin de Mougins and the Mas Candille), galleries and many shops.

Villa Azul is located in a peaceful residential area just 10 minutes from the centre of the pretty village of Mougins and within easy walking distance to local amenities as well as the Cannes Mougins Golf Course. Famed for its superb restaurants and surrounding golf courses,Mougins is only 20 minutes from Nice Airport yet retains its peaceful village charm. Only 6km from Cannes and the Mediterranean, ideally placed to explore the coastal highlights of St Tropez, Cannes, and Monaco, and the charming neighbouring villages of Grasse, Valbonne, St Paul de Vence, and Biot. Immediately to the east, is the 427 hectare National Parc de La Valmasque and Lake Fontemerle. At a height of 260 metres, Mougins is famed for its winding pedestrian streets filled with art galleries and over a dozen excellent restaurants. Pablo Picasso chose to spend his last 15 years here, and in more recent times, the Michelin starred Moulin de Mougins restaurant has made its home here.
