Villa Arca is a new modern villa, located in a traditional Canarian village and has been furnished to a very high standard. It is light, airy and spacious with kitchen, dining and lounge areas all having the 'WOW' factor. The lounge has a high vaulted ceiling with leather sofas and three large patio doors leading to the garden and pool. The pool is individually designed [10m x 5m] with a large rock water feature, roman steps and separate Jacuzzi. The garden is walled so the pool area and villa are very private. If you enjoy alfresco dining, there's a covered pergola, seating for 8, and BBQ. The Italian designed curved kitchen is stunning, with central island breakfast bar, all built in appliances including induction hob and coffee machine, great first thing in the morning if, like us, you enjoy freshly brewed coffee. Ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing, 'chill out' holiday yet only a short drive to amenities.

    A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.

    A refundable breakage deposit of £250 is required with the final balance in case of damages, breakages or to cover additional cleaning charges, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure.

    If you require extra days i.e. 10 days instead of 7 days, please enquire.
  • The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival, linen and bath towels are provided [please note we do not supply towels for the beach]. If you are staying for 2 weeks, linen and towels will be replaced after the 1st week.

    There is a strict non smoking policy inside the villa, however, ashtrays are provided for guests who wish to smoke outside the villa.

    Car hire is essential.

    Arrival & departure days - we aim to be flexible with changeover days and times where ever possible, however, this may not always be possible, in which case the check in time of 3pm and check out time of 10am will apply.
