The Beach House will be your home from home. The kitchen has everything you will need, including a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher - no washing up on your holiday! It has been well-furnished and fitted-out and fully air conditioned. It is equipped with satellite TV, PS2 and DVD player. A selection of PS2 games and DVDs are available for you to use. The spacious open-plan living area and dining room opens out onto a lovely patio with outdoor dining area that overlooks the private swimming pool at the rear of the villa. Outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue enable you to enjoy alfresco dining by the pool in the private garden. Pernera and Protaras are just 10 mins away by car and offer family entertainment whilst Ayia Napa, with its beaches, night life, Water World Water Park, which my boys love, saying is one of the best they’ve been to and traditional sights are just 15 minutes away by car. The Beach House is an excellent base for relaxing and active holidays alike.

If you prefer a quiet peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of over commercialised resorts then Kapparis is for you. The villa is just of Kennedy Avenue in Kapparis which has a range of excellent restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance. The nearest beach is Boat Bay which is a 4 min walk away or Firemans Beach a 8 min walk. From there you can follow the coastal path and you'll find about 14 tiny secluded coves all with crystal clear water. The long white sandy beaches around the family resort of Protaras, including the famous Fig Tree Bay and the lovely Konnos Bay at Cape Greco, are only 10 minutes drive away. Should you want a taste of a more lively resort Ayia Napa with its variety of clubs, pubs and restaurants as well as the famous Nissi Beach and Water World is just 10kms away. The resort of Protaras, which also offers a large variety of bars, restaurants and excellent beaches is but 6kms away. Kapparis is an all year round resort.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 20% non refundable deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. A refundable security deposit of £200 due 2 weeks before departure which will be returned after the property has been inspected within 2 weeks of your return. We do not accept bookings from anyone under the age of 21 and do not encourage bookings from single sex parties.
    On the day of arrival, you can have access to the villa from 4pm. Please depart by 10.30am on your final day.

    Winter Rental
    Come and enjoy some winter sunshine! The days are lovely and although the nights can be chilly, we have 13.5 tog duvets and panel heaters in the bedrooms and lounge.

Notes: The Beach House is suitable for families and couples. A highchair and travel cot can be provided upon request. As the bedrooms are upstairs, the property may not be suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs. An iron and ironing board, cool box and ice packs are also provided. We also have a potty and toilet step for our smaller guests. Our house is managed by an english couple who will greet you and show you where everything is. You can enjoy outside dining on the patio which has a large table and 6 chairs. There are also sun loungers along side the private pool and outside shower. We also have a large BBQ and outside lighting so you can make the most of the lovely evenings.

A lovely holiday home.

A lovely holiday home, well furnished,comfortable and clean providing us with everything we required. Booking was straight forward and the owners were friendly and helpful.
Great restaurants and smaller, local beaches are within 10-15 mins walk of the property. We would recommend hiring a car and taking the short drive to Fig Tree Bay - the sandy beach and sea is just stunning! Eat in one of the beach front restaurants and enjoy the food and the view. This was our second visit to Cyprus and we can't wait to go back again.

Perfect Family House

Trouble free booking, we were well looked after from the time of booking to our departure. A lovely home, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could need. The pool was fantastic a real must in the August heat. The outside space and pool was plenty big enough for the 5 of us. Firemans Beach was gorgeous and a short stroll away. 5 minutes walk to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Kapparis is lower key than the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa but all the better for it. A perfect family holiday home in a lovely area.

Home from Home - Excellent base

The area or Protaras was recommended by a friend and staying in self catering accomodation was also a great idea. The accomodation is new and superbly furnished. It is very comfortable and, as described, is a home from home. There are plenty of lovely beaches to walk or drive to. Fig Tree Bay is a beautiful beach, great for kids. They have water sport activities and some reasonably priced restaurants close by. There is a great choice of restaurants along the main street, which is only 5-10 minutes walk away. Kara Village Taverna have excellent local food. The fish mezee was fab. Faliros is also excellent and may need booking in busy season. There is also a bar attached which is very contemporary. Just Italian is most definitely worth a visit. The food is fantastic, the staff very attentive and the cocktails worth a try! Mello Bar is also a good meeting point for a drink. There are a couple of large supermarkets which require a car but there's a smaller one in walking distance that stocks most things just a little more expensive than the larger ones. It was our first visit to Cyprus and would definitely go again.

Relaxing holidays

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is perfect for relaxing at the pool or at the small beaches in the near. It takes a short walk to different bars and restaurants. The supermarkets have everything you need, the best one is about 5-10min to drive (the local supermarket is a little more expensive). We were the first persons from outer great britain. Pam was really nice at answering our many questions.
I just do this in german again, perhaps you will get more germans to this lovely holiday home.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort richtig genossen. Am eigene kleine Pool oder den kleinen Sandstränden in der Nähe, konnte man richtig schön entspannen. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang (5-10min) kommt man zu einigen Bars und Restaurants. Die Supermärkte haben alles was man so braucht, einer der besten liegt 5-10 Fahrminuten entfernt (der lokale kleine Supermarkt ist ein wenig teurer). Wir waren die ersten Besucher die nicht aus Großbritannien kamen. Die Vermieterin war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend beim beantworten der vielen Fragen, welche wir ihr gestellt haben.
