  • We prefer at least 2 to 3 nights booking but we will consider on a case to case basis.
    For more than one week or a month we will give discount rates. We will discuss it further with each customer.
    There will be add on of $100.00 per person per booking period for parties larger than 6 people since the larger the party the large the utilities bill are.
    For example: If you have a party of 10 people and you are staying one week:
    7 nights at $250.00 = $1,750.00 + $400.00 add on from 6 to 10 people + $130.00 cleaning fee = $2,280.00
    If you divide $2,280.00 by 7 nights and divide by 10 people your are paying $32.57 per person per night. THIS IS GREAT VALUE FOR LOS ANGELES. This is really SUPERB for LOS ANGELES.
  • The house is only 26 miles from the serenity and beauty of one of the safest cities in the whole world, South Pasadena and Glendale recreational centre. Beautiful beaches close by. Malibu only 40 miles, Santa Monica only 20 miles and of course, world-famous Venice Beach Boardwalk only 25 miles.
  • Close to all major freeways. Also for your convenience, we offer (optional) shuttle services. The house is located in a very quiet family area, and can very comfortably accommodate 12 people. It is a FULLY-OPERATIONAL house, with EVERYTHING you need, including washer/dryer, high-speed Internet, cable TV. Rent this fully-furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms PRACTICAL one of a kind for only $250 per night. Higher rates might apply for high Summer and Christmas season.
