This very beautiful stone villa is situated on the hillside above Port de la Raque, in a quite private domain with security, overlooking the bay of Cannes and the Lerins Islands. Just renovated and beautifully decorated. Set in grounds of app. 2000 m2, featuring a lovely overflow pool with salt water. Beautiful terraces with gas-barbecue. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and all rooms open onto the sea facing terraces. Big games room for playing and table-tennis, hammam. From the villa you have the most fantastic panoramic views over the sea, Cannes and Esterel mountains. In the evening you can see the blinking lights of Cannes and very often fantastic fireworks.

In Theoule you have cosy restaurants, bars, small supermarkets, boule, boat rentals, water skiing, mountain biking and much more. Two famous golf courses within 5 min. drive. There is wonderful walking or biking in the Esterel hills just above the village. A fast ferry runs daily to St. Tropez from Cannes, and boat trips run along the coast and to the Lerins Islands.
