Luxury 16th century villa set in the Vall d ´en March valley (Pollensa) surrounded by the Traumuntana mountains with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Ideally located, 5 kms from nearest beach, restaurants, yacht club and golf courses. A perfect vacation villa to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed holiday. Excellent in summer as well as in winter and spring where golf, trekking, cycling activities may be carried out. Also excellent for bird watchers. Sleeps 8 (4 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite. Mediterranean garden with patios, covered terrace with pool house which has bar with fridge, wc, shower, sofa and table for 12 people. Private swimming pool 12 x 5m. Pool loungers, outside sofas and Indonesian padoga. Pool towels provided. Included in the price, the owner invites the guests to a one day excursion with a meal included on his 48 foot private motor yacht which has 3 berths, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning and of course, a cheery Captain who is also a great chef!

Pollensa Beach just 6 minute drive from the house. There are many secluded coves about 25 mins drive (Formentor, Coll Baix, Cala Figuera, Cala Boquer) that are not inundated with tourists. Pollensa Golf course - 3kms from house. Aucanda Golf course - 12kms from house. There are recognised as one of the best in Europe. There are 21 golf courses on the island of Majorca, 10 of them being just 20 kms from the house. Water skiing, wind surf, boat and kayak rentals, boat excursions, diving facilities just 5kms away in Puerto Pollensa. To Pollensa village 3 minutes by car, to Pollensa Port 6 mins. Places of interest: Cuevas de Campanet - 15kms. Formentor -25kms, Monastery of Lluch - 10kms. Cartucha of Valldemosa (Chopin and George Sand) - 25kms. Palma (museums, art galleries, restaurants, shopping) - 58kms. Good local shopping in Pollensa village. There is typical farmers market in the plaza on Sundays. Recommended restaurants: Il Gardino ((Plaza de Pollensa)
