A superbly located 4 bedroom/4 bathroom villa, set on an exclusive & private residential development in Costa D'en Blanes, which is 2 minutes above the yachting Marina of Puerto Portals and just 10 minutes drive from the beautiful historic City of Palma. The Villa has stunning views over the Bay from every room and all terrace areas, on the ground floor there is a large open plan lounge/dinning area and a newly fitted bespoke kitchen, on the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, all with extra large king size beds, each room has their own en-suite facilities all of exceptional quality and access to the upstairs terrace area where there are sun loungers, for you sit back & take in the magnificent views. The Villa also has a separate guest suite which has twin beds & en suite facilities. Outside there is a private pool & sunbathing area with parasols, sun beds, table & chairs etc, there is also an extensive covered terrace area with dining table & chairs for 8 & a BBQ area.

The Island has 17 golf courses many of which are with easy reach, the nearest is Real Golf De Bendinat where there is an 18 hole course, just 10 minutes drive away is the Golf De Andratx Course.Nearby you can also take diving tuition, fishing trips, hiking, tennis, horse riding etc.

Quality Vacation Villa

We are 3 Mature couples who like to stay in a quality villa ,and this home rates with the best we have stayed in.
The villa was spotless and had everthing you would need and we had no need to venture out, an amazing new kitchen with top quality German appliances and a great BBQ await you.
The lounge and dining room are large and again with quality fixtures and fittings..
Fantastic views of Palma Nova bay from all rooms and the bedromms with balconies are large with great views.
Finally you do need a car as the villa is built into a picturesque hillside
above Portals Nous
Would definitely come back to this well maintained villa.

The photographs on your website looked impressive, but the reality is even better, the views from every room are breath taking,and the location is superb, looking forward to our return visit in April!
