El Coto del Golf is conveniently situated for all of the club's amenities. The property is situated in its own south west facing garden which means it catches both summer and winter sun. It is adjacent to and overlooks the North Course. It is one of the newer properties at La Manga club with air-conditioning/central heating and underfloor heating to the kitchen and bathrooms which makes it suitable for all year round occupancy. It has three large double bedrooms, all with en suite and it benefits from a very spacious open plan living area with patio doors leading onto a large terrace with BBQ area and a good size splash pool. Internally, the apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

The villa comes with sporting rights for 6 people which means you are entitled to discounted green fees and tennis court hire charges. Rental costs are inclusive of covered private car port, air-conditioning/heating, bed linen/towels (not beach towels) on arrival and a departure clean. Our management company will take a credit card swipe as security for any damages. They can also arrange a welcome food pack, extra cleaning during your stay, additional linen/towels at a cost to you paid direct to them locally. A cot is available but extra charge is payable for extra linen.
