You will find our house to be set in the exclusive subdivision of Regal Oaks, a community which is enhanced by a peaceful setting with mature oak trees, royal palms and tranquil lake. Our house is situated just 20 to 25 minutes from the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. This spacious three bedroom villa, benefits from a swimming pool with therapy jets overlooking the lake. Furnished to a very high standard, the colour scheme reflecting the colours of the Gulf of Mexico.The living room displays cool calm blues and contemporary furniture which greets our guests on entering the house. There is a 37' TV with upgraded cable stations and video-on-demand. A DVD player and CD player complements your entertainment. Wireless high speed internet is available and the telephone allows free local and long distance (USA and Canada) calling. The Family Room leads out onto the Lanai and large pool deck where, for al fresco living, there is a table with seating for 6 people as well as 4 sun-loungers.

Our home in Regal Oaks is easily reached by leaving the Interstate 75 at Exit 217, and takes a mere seven minutes to drive there along the State road 70. It is situated in a convenient location with easy access to Sarasota, Tampa, Naples and Orlando, and within easy access to local beaches, state parks, supermarkets, local shopping malls / outlets, restaurants and theatres. Airports within easy drive to the house are Sarastota / Bradenton (15 minutes), Orlando (two hours) and Orlando Sanford (two hours) and Tampa which is the nearest major airport being 50 minutes. Downtown Disney can be reached by car in just over an hour whilst Busch Gardens can be reached in around 50 minutes. Once you arrive here you won't want to leave!

  • Rates are inclusive of Florida Taxes and exit cleaning. Pool electric heating for the winter months at £80 ($100) per week if required. COMPLIMENTARY WELCOME PACK FOR YOUR ARRIVAL.
  • Although we will accept a 3 night stay, there will be an additional cleaning fee of £80 ($100) for those stays of 3 to 6 nights.We require a minimum deposit of £100 ($100) to secure the booking.A security deposit cheque of £150 ($200) will be required with the final balance. This is refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the house after departure.
  • Easter 2009 (2 weeks) and Christmas/New Year 2009 period (2 weeks) the rate is at £550 per week.

Notes: KITCHEN: This is fully equipped with everything you may need. There are brand new white goods and it incorporates a breakfast table with seating for four people. The kitchen leads on to the FORMAL DINING AREA, which overlooks the lake and pool area. There is a table seating six people for indoor dining. THE POOL: is brand new and and features deck jets at two corners of the pool with 4 therapy jets and seating area within the deep end of the pool, giving a 'spa sensation'; also has a pool light which are all controllable via remote control. The pool is solar heated with additional electric heating available for the cooler months( at an additional cost). With wonderful views over the lake, it is an ideal position for watching the wildlife on the lake and catching those beautiful sunsets.

Pool and beach Toys: We have an assortment of pool and beach toys in addition to beach chairs and beach loungers. Towels are also provided for the pool and beach. A cool box is also available for the beach.

Additional Information: : Bed linens, shower and hand towels, beach/pool towels, and T-towels are provided. An assortment of paper-backs, music CD's, DVD's and PS2 games are available for your enjoyment. The pool is Solar panel heated therefore no heating costs. Electric heating for the pool is available for use in the cooler months at an additional £80 (£100) per week if requested. The double garage up and over door is electrically operated both push button and remote control. Our local manager resides on hand in the community and will contact you early after your arrival to assist with any questions you may have.

Golf: There are numerous golf courses close to the house to whet the keenest of golfer's appetite.Closest to the house is the Peridia course, a mere 3 minutes drive from the house. Others close by are Tara, Stoneybrook, Legacy and River Run to name but a few.

Wow!! Just got back from the best two weeks of relaxtion ever. what a great house.

Have been to Bradenton before but this was much better. relaxing by the pool 20 mins drive to Anna Maria Island, Fishing on the Rod and Reel pier , and watching dolphin's. We were lucky to see a Manatee swim past as well.

Standard of the House was exceptional. No complaints. Impressed that the owners call on the first day to check everything is ok. Welcome pack was just what we needed on arrival after a nine hour flight.

Only one problem dont really want to tell you how good it was, in case the next time we want to book it someone else will have snapped it up

Many thanks John and Lynne for the use of your wonderful house. You have provided every conceivable living item with a modern tropical twist. And it is perfectly prepared by Carolyn. We appreciated the extra luxuries such as wi-fi connection, multi-channel flat screen TVs in lounge and master bedroom! And of course the fantastic pool which maintained a bath-like 90F throughout. But the real deal is the quite oasis that guests can return to after a hectic day enjoying all that Florida can offer.

We spent one week in august 2009 and we thank Lynne and John for the quality of the rental and their sense of the service. The house is really well organise and decorated in good taste. The pool is really agreeable and the children had a lot of fun playing in it. The neighbourhood of the house is very quiet and the view on the lake, from the pool, is very nice with the possibility to see a variety of Florida birds.

Thanks John & Lynne for the use of your villa.

Without a doubt it is a lovely place with all the amenities you could wish for in a holiday home. Obviously you have put a lot of thought into the place and with its central location for great beaches, countless restaurants and never ending shopping opportunities there is not much more that can be done to make a holiday enjoyable.

As return visitors we found an excellent restaurant only 5 minutes away from the villa - The Lazy Lobster (info in the guest book). Really an excellent meal and service - would recommend to anyone.

Rent this place, you won't be disappointed!

Little bit of paradise

We spent 3 weeks int his beautiful house in April/May and had a fantastic holiday. The house is beautifully furnished and we felt so relaxed in it, it was just like coming home to our own house each day. You have thought of everything John & Lynne to make a holiday complete. The villa is in a great situation for beaches, Malls, restaurants or whatever else you may want to do. The pool was fantastic and the views over the lake superb, especially at sunset. We will definately be coming back. Thanks again John & Lynne for the use of your beautiful home.
