9 miles from the Disney attractions and 5 miles from Lake Louise National Park the home is set at the head of a quiet cul-de-sac in a 1/4 acre plot, the oversize pool and spa are south facing and have the benefit of dawn til dusk sunshine, all bedrooms have TV and DVD Players and the home is well stocked with enough DVDs to suit most peoples taste, the home is decorated and maintained to a very high standard and you are invited to share the facilities as your own, most visitors are second and third time guests as demonstrated from a well used and praiseworthy visitors book, so whether you are taking the children to Disney or using one of the 40 golf courses within a 20 mile radius Sunningdale is the ideal place to return to and relax.

We stayed in this house for 8nights in September and had a great time. The house was beautiful and clean. Looked just like in the pictures. The owner was wonderful to deal with and very prompt in replying to all my questions. We spent our mornings at the Disney parks and enjoyed the pool in the afternoons then back to the parks in the evenings and the hot tube after the kids were in bed. Wil definitely rent this house again on our next vacation to Florida.

We had a few great days in this beautiful villa. Everything you need is there and is well maintained. The pool and spa are really fantastic. We loved it.
The location of this villa is perfect. It's near to attractions so that you can visit Disney or Universal.
You want to relax?
No problem - the villa is located in a quiet neighborhood so you can do it.
The communication with the owner was wonderful, it's really a pleasure to deal with him.
If we ever visit Orlando again, we'll try to get this home.

A fabulous holiday

Me and my family had a fabulous time here. The owners were excellent with their communication in booking their villa and couldn't have been more helpful.
From the moment we walked through the front door we knew we would really enjoy our stay here. All the rooms were very spacious and well maintained. The pool was a good size and the kids certainly had fun.
The villa was situated in a quiet cul de sac and we were not bothered at all. Easy access onto the highway and close to all restaurants, supermarkets and tourist attractions. We would love to go back again and wouldn't hesitate to use this villa again.

A perfect home for vacation!! We stayed in this great home for almost 4 weeks and enjoyed all the comforts of a home away from home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but not far away from shops and all the parks. The home is very nicely decorated and has everything you need. Everything is very clean and you could not ask for more. The pool is great and the spa as well.
Would we rent again... ABSOLUTELY

This house is a must rent again!!!! Was plenty of room for our 7 person vaction. The pool was great, always perfect temp. Everything was very clean, including the pool. The location was perfect, short distance to wal-mart and restaurants. Also all the distance information that is listed with airport and parks are correct. The owner and the mangement company were wounderful with everything!!!! Can't wait to come again!!!
