This newly-built house is on three floors. Ground floor has a hall with day bed, a shower room, cupboard with washing machine/dryer. Garage not available to tenants, but there is a designated parking space in front of the house. First floor has open-plan living, dining and kitchen and French doors onto terrace with olive tree, sun lounger, table and chairs, awning and parasols. Top floor has a large double bedroom with views of countryside and villages, satellite TV, broadband, bathroom, shower, separate wc.
