This beautiful country house is privately located within close proximity of Pollensa Golf Course, a unique and exclusive area of Pollensa. This lovely traditional looking property has been reformed using high quality materials and boasts a traditional stone fronted façade with a stylish modern interior. Surrounded by it´s own pretty landscaped garden and natural land, which includes a lemon and orange groves, the house is laid out over two floors with lovely countryside and mountain views. The ground floor features a large sitting room, an excellent family eat in kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite shower room, a guest cloakroom and a utility room. On the first floor there is a further sitting room/playroom, two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and a large terrace. Furthermore, there is a another separate double bedroom with shower room on the ground floor connected to the house at the rear. Many of the rooms have direct access to the pool and patio areas or a terrace.

    Rates quoted include linen and towels and final cleaning. 30% deposit is required when booking with the balance becoming due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payments can be made by bank transfer to our Spanish bank account or by credit card(2.5% surcharge applies). A credit card is required on arrival as a security / breakages deposit.

    We can provide airport transfers if required please ask at the time of booking.

Notes: This property is set in almost 4 acres of its own grounds with stunning well kept gardens including a large orange and lemon grove with plenty of safe areas for children and families to enjoy. There are several outside covered terraces and dining areas and interconnecting terraces off almost every room in the house including all the bedrooms. With south facing terraces and a beautiful swimming pool the outdoor living areas are fantastic and offer a true feeling of peace and tranquillity. This is a fantastic Mediterranean retreat or indeed a wonderful all year round home from home.
