The apartment is on the first floor and is only two minutes walk from the Sea and famous beach bars of the Cote D Azur and close to Hotel Negresco. The stylish accommodation which has original parquet flooring and all rooms leading onto a terrace for you to enjoy alfresco dining. The apartment is 56 sq metres and comprises entrance hall, sitting room with dining area with BOSE radio/CD player. TV/DVD. IPOD DOCK. Separate kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, gas hob and electric oven. Bedroom with kingsize bed and a marble tiled bathroom with original Art Deco bath with 1930s style thermostatic chrome rain shower. Separate toilet.
