The Apartment is very spacious with a huge living/dining room, 2 bedrooms--one double one twin (additional bed available on request), shower room, kitchen, breakfast area, games room (Pool table/table tennis/Darts/Cards/Dominoes). Garden with fruit trees and large private salt water swimming pool. Solar shower by pool. Shaded Patio with table and chairs.

In beautiful residential area. Perfect location for beaches, mountains, reservoirs, sleepy villages, lively towns, Golf courses, Plaza Mayor (Leisure/Shopping Centre). 5 min drive from the village of Alhaurin de la Torre which has everything you need: shops, banks, bars, and restaurants. (If you are really fit and energetic you can walk it in 20-30 min. but there is a rather steep hill!). Malaga city is approximately 20 min drive - for those who prefer not to drive while in the city, park the car and 'hop on' the Malaga City Sightseeing Bus (the view from the Gibralfaro Fort is splendid). The beaches of Torremolinos and Benalmadena are approximately 20-30 min. drive. There are several golf courses, the closest 5 min drive. Day Trips - Ronda (3hrs), Granada, Cordoba, Seville, and Gibraltar (2-2.5 hrs). Children will find plenty to keep them amused -Zoo, Safari Park, Tivoli World, Water Park, and the Apes of Gibraltar.

Really good holiday house

Absolutely nice place with plenty of space. The swimming pool was our definite favourite! Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it as much as we would have wanted to - 1 week is too less, especially if you want to travel around. We would really like to go back and stay some longer to enjoy the silence and privacy of the property.
The guys loved the pool table - they played it almost evey time they passed it, amazing.
The owners were very kind and helpful. We could hardly see or hear them, but they were just there if we needed them.
We would recommend to rent a car. The place is close enough to reach airport, shops, restaraunts, beach and other cities and far enough to enjoy the silence that you can't have in city centres.

Really good place to stay, at least I can't remember a thing that house was missing.

Our big thanks and greetings to the owners!

It is a really beautiful villa in the mountains. The house is away from the city center to enjoy tranquility, but still close enough to take part in city life. The apartment itself is on the ground floor which it is totally separated from the first floor and has its own entrance. The apartment is very spacious and it has everything you need for your vacation. A large private pool is a bonus. The owners are friendly and helpful and you even don't notice they are living on the first floor. So don't worry about being disturbed. This is a wonderful place to spend your holiday!

Fantastic Holiday

We had a fantastic week, really relaxing, large spacious accomodation. The pool was a huge hit with my two children who were in it late into the evening.

Tony was a star too, helped us find our way around and very accomodating to our needs.

I would highly recommend this property for those who are looking for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle.

Great for a relaxing break by the pool!

Fantastic! Came here for a relaxing week with the girls. The villa is huge and the pool is great. Perfect for lazing in the sun, sipping drinks and having BBQs.

I would recommend hiring a car as it is in the mountains. However, it isn't too expensive to get a cab from Malaga as it is quite close.

The guy who owns this place is lovely. He really went out of his way to look after us.

We all plan to go again we enjoyed it so much!

Wonderfully relaxing stay in Alhaurin de la Torre!

I went to this lovely gem of a villa for a 5 day retreat with 5 girlfriends for a relaxing break prior to the wedding season. The house is up in the mountains and we enjoyed spectacular views and a lovely sense of tranquillity.

The town was close enough for convenience but far enough away to allow pleanty of peace and quiet. We enjoyed the wonderful private pool every day and bbq area every evening.

A car rental would be recommended if you would like to go on trips during your trip.
