Lorgues holiday farmhouse

description of the estate: Domaine de Florieyes is an authentic old Bergerie on 55ha, planted with wines , olive trees, oak and pine forest and bordered by a river called ' la Florieyes'. There are 300 years old oak trees around the house. It is very peacefull, quiete and not overlooked. The acces is easy and only 5 min drive from Lorgues. There are 3 terraces around the house with tables and chairs for all the hours of the day. One of the terraces is partly covered with a pergola. The swimmingpool ( 10.5 * 4.5 ), with light in, very family friendly with a flat bottum it is surrounded by a big terrace with 8 sunchairs on. Lots of parking space.

lorgues: Lorgues is a very nice typical big medieval provencale village. It is right in the middle of the 'Cotes de Provence' wine district and has quiete a few famous wine estates such as Chateau de Berne. The center of the village is a large main street with lots of cafes, restaurants and small shops. This is completed by a huge market on tuesdays with all the local producers proposing, olives, olive oil, goat cheese, bread, fish, vegetables, fruits..... There are 3 supermarkets just outside the village.

Travel: There are 3 airports within 80 min drive: Nice ( 60 min), Toulon-Hyeres ( 50 min) and Marseille ( 80 min)served my most of the current companies and low cost companies. There are 2 motorway junctions within 25 min drive from the property ( Le Muy or Le Luc ) Lorgues is : (50min) from Cannes, ( 60 min) from Nice, (80 min) from Monaco, (60 min) from Aix en Provence, (90 min) from Italy

Golf: There are 2 golf courses within 30 min drive from the property: Golf de Barbaroux( Brignoles) and Golf de St Endreol ( La Motte )
