The sliding patio doors open out onto a patio area which includes a built-in BBQ and with a view of the adults’ and a children’s pool. Great for al-fresco dining, lazy days in the sunshine and keeping an eye on the kids while they play! The apartment is just 5 minutes drive from the Vilamoura Marina and the lovely sandy beaches. Three of Vilamoura's famous golf courses, the Millennium, Laguna and Victoria are within easy walking distance. In Vilamoura itself are many boutiques, restaurants and bars. Within a short drive are water parks, five world class golf courses, water sports, boat trips and excursions and many villages and beaches.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Conditions
    Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges.
    Clients must provide their own beach towels.
    Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 18 € and 10 € per week, you must ask for them before arriving.
    Your accommodation is reserved from 5.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 12.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
  • Apartments are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.
    The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.
    Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
    We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.
  • Cancellations:
    Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:
    -Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be in writing
    Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows:
    Up to 9 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit
    7 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost
    5 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost
    4 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of total cost
    An administration fee will be charged on all refunds
    A refundable damage deposit of 200 € is payable in cash upon your arrival. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return if there is no damage to the property.

Vilamoura: The Marina area in Vilamoura is very lively for most of the year with a wide variety of restaurants and shops. There are hidden beaches not far away and small rural villages. Vilamoura is a privately developed resort of over 4,000 acres. There is lots to do in relation to water activities and of course there are the famous 5 golf courses. The Laguna/Millennium clubhouse is a five minute walk from the Apartment. The Victoria course is across the road from that with the Old Course and Pinhal a five minute drive, and Villa Sol is about 15 minutes. The area is well maintained and manicured with many exotic trees, shrubs and flowers so you can enjoy walking around the resort. The market town of Loule not very far away is worth a visit.

The Algarve: The Algarve is a lovely place to visit all year round due to it's gentle, sunny climate and an abundance of things to do. It is home to some of Europe's best golf courses and its golden sandy beaches are popular with sunbathers and water-sports enthusiasts alike. The area is steeped in history with Roman and Moorish remains of particular interest. So whether you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday, a golf break or you want to learn more about Portugal’s history and culture, look no further than the Algarve.
