Lovely 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house located in the historic Sicilian town of Caccamo. With its large lake and Castle. Lovely restaurants and friendly locals.Surrounded by the beautiful sights of Sicily. Close to the Historic City of Palermo and the charming town of Cefelu. Perfect area for Artists, Walkers and Mountain Bikers. Lovely family beaches at the bottom of the mountain. 3 double, 1 single bedrooms.6x3m swimming pool with large sunbathing area with loungers.BBQ terrace with seating for 10. Romantic roof terrace with seating. Covered outside terrace with large table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge with 2 large sofas and fireplace for cosy winter breaks. Located in the mountains with amazing sea views. Close to town. Not suitable for very young children due to open boundary and roof.Not suitable for disabled due to lots of steps. Car necessary.2 of the Bedrooms and 1 bathroom are in the lower floor of the house and are accessed via steps or path at sides.

Location: Caccamo in Italy

You will find the house less than 5 minutes drive from the historic town of Caccamo.Which is set high in the mountains above the town of Termini Imerese.Caccamo is a lovely small town with streets of volcanic rock and old stone town houses. It has 3 lovely restaurants one beneath the old castle which stands in the entrance of the town. There are many shops selling all local produce in the town.And large supermarkets in Termini.At the towns lake you will find a selection of non motorised water sports available. At the foot of the mountain you will find town after town with totally unspoilt non commercial beaches perfect for families.Trabia, and Campofelice are especially lovely.Cefelu is more equipped for tourists with many sunbeds, bars etc.Palermo boasts many attractions.Cefalu is an amazing little town close by full of romance and charm.Further afield there is Catania with a huge water park and of course mount Etna.The whole Island is totally breathtaking and a total joy to discover

Notes: Please only smoke outside.Make sure you dispose of cigarettes in pots as a safety precaution. Although children are more than welcome, the property is not really suitable for very young children. They would require constant supervision as the house has some unfenced high areas including the open roof. There are also stairs leading down to the house and to the lower level and pool. On the 1st level of the house there is the Kitchen, lounge, bathroom and 1 double and 1 single bedroom. The lower level of the house is accessed via an external stairway from one side or a pathway on the other and has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. There is seating on the roof with amazing scenery of the sea and mountains. A large BBQ terrace with Table and chairs BBQ and candle lanterns.Large pool area. Covered terrace outside the Kitchen with Table, chairs and 4 armchairs and gas heater for chilly evenings. Another tiled terrace with washing machine room and sink at end.

This property is in a stunning location, the photos on the site do not do this justice, the house is much larger than I assumed from the photos. You will definately need a car to access this property as it is quite a distance from the nearest town (Caccamo) - we found the drive very steep and I would not recommend anyone without a powerful car attempting to park on it. The house was clean and the couple who manage the property are very helpful. I would recommend this property for people who wish to soak up the amazing views and get away from it all.
