Situated 7 mins from Puerto Banus and 10 mins from Estepona this apartment has underground parking if required and is ideally placed right in the middle of the new golden mile. The complex has an indoor heated swimming pool, full gymnasium, Jacuzzi, sauna, changing rooms and showers. Las Salinas is located right at the side of the 5 star Las Dunas Hotel. This stylish apartment consists of a spacious lounge dining area with access to the large covered terrace, a modern fully-fitted kitchen, master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobe and a further full bathroom. The terrace is south east-facing and overlooks the pool and gardens. There is secure underground parking and a storeroom. It is a two-minute walk from the famous beach restaurant Tikitano as well as Heaven Beach.
