Built in 2001 this townhouse is in a secure residential development with communal pool and landscape gardens. it has a private patio and sun roof terrace. The property is furnished to a high standard with marble floors throughout, fully tiled family bathroom, en-suite and downstairs.wc. There is A/C and central heating throughout, fully equiped kitchen including washing machine. comfortable lounge /dining room with Sat TV, DVD and CD. There are 3 bedrooms 1 double and 2 twin. The house is 10 minutes walk from the beach, numerous bars and restaurants. also within 20 minute walk is the marina with sea life centre and shopping arcade, local market, theme and water parks. 5 minutes away is a dolphin park with shows throughout the day. There are many high quality golf courses in the area. 10 minutes away is the train station with easy access to airport, Malaga city centre or Fuengirola.

The area around the property is varied, a short walk south is the beachfront where there are shops ,bars and restaurants all situated on a beachfront walkway to the marina or even farther onto torremolinas! Benalmadena marina is a hive of boutiques,restaurants or cafes where you can just sit and watch the beautiful boats.A walk to the north of the property takes you past the dolphin park up to the town of Arroya de la Miel where the weekly market is held at the Tivoli world amusement park. The train station there is convenient for the airport,Malaga city or just an adventure! A short taxi ride can take you into the old town of Benalmadena Pueblo. There are numerous golf courses in the area.

Fantastic holiday home - suitable for all!!

I have just returned from a fantastic week long holiday in this property with my partner (we are 25 and 26 years old), my daughter who is 11 months, my Mum (who actually found this gorgeous house!), her Partner and his 10 year old Son and it was perfect for all! The house is very well situated - the beach, bars and restaurants are only a 10 minute walk away and the Selwo Dolphin Park is literally opposite the gates to the property complex! Although the house is in the heart of the resort, it is far enough away from the bars etc to give a quite and peaceful setting for your holiday. The house was extremely well equipped - lovely bathrooms, good sized bedrooms, well presented and comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen and a nice patio area with well needed awnings to keep the sun at bay!! The communal areas are well kept, the pool is a great size and very clean and there are rattan parasols dotted around the pool area. I would highly reccomend this house for all age ranges etc and I will be looking to book next year!!
