Situated on Route 27, Lake Davenport Estate was built with Disney in mind. The neighbourhood is a mixture of holiday villas and permanent residents, making it the ideal place to stay. The estate has its own sports and play area boasting a pool, tennis court and basketball area. Travelling south on route 27 and less than a mile away is Berry town centre. There are various small shops, a large Publix supermarket and Applebees restaurant (recommended!). 2 miles north on route 27 at Cagan Crossings is a huge Walmart Hypermarket and Cagan Crossings Town Centre,.

    Discounts are available for bookings of 3 weeks or more.
    Bookings of 5 nights or less will incur a cleaning fee of £60.
    An inventory list is available in the villa for your convenience.

Loved it so much I am missing FL...

I love the home and my family did too. I have decided that I will never stay at a hotel again when I visit FL. It was clean, comfortable and so welcoming. The pool is great...everything was great. The owners and managers were friendly. Will most likely stay again in the next couple of months...The only suggestions I have is televisions for each room.

What a perfect holiday for my family. A very clean, well furnished and equiped villa with a beautiful pool to relax in. It even has a games room! It is in close proximity to the Disney theme parks, Universal and Seaworld and several huge shopping malls, keeping the whole family well entertained. We also thoroughly enjoyed trying out the restaurants such as the Steakhouse, the Crab Shack and Applebys to name but a few. We all look forward to a return visit.

What a lovely relaxing villa to stay in. All the rooms are very clean and furnished to a high standard with different themes to each of the bedrooms. The master even has a four poster bed for the more romantic of us! Relaxing by the pool after a day out at the nearby Disney parks or some retail therapy at the many accessible shopping malls makes a lovely end to the day. The gamesroom gives the more active members of the family some great entertainment. I will certainly return to this villa.

My family had a really great stay at this villa. The villa is very comfortable and huge! It was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The company that looks after the villa were very professional and helpful. Nothing was too much for him. The theme parks far surpassed our expectations - they are amazing! After a tiring day at the parks, the pool was fantastic to come home to. I highly recommend this villa and I hope that one day we will all return for another stay. This villa made our holiday complete. Thankyou.

My convalescent holiday

My wife, family and I recently stayed at this beautiful villa whilst I recovered from major heart surgery. The villa had all the comforts of home and then some. Everywhere was pristine & although we only needed to contact the management company once they were very friendly & helpful, as indeed were the owners. We had such a fabulous time we are seriously considering another stay later in the year. The family that came with us enjoyed the games room very much & were very pleased that it had a wireless internet connection & seemed to use it 24/7! The pool was a truly tranquil place and I read many books whilst the youngsters went to the theme parks for the day. The local amenities were many & varied. I can thoroughly recommend Joes Crab Shack. We had an excellent meal and the waiters & waitresses were most entertaining!! All in all this holiday was one I will never forget and hope to repeat soon.
