Your holiday rental at Menton is a 2 bedroom 55m2 apartment to accommodate 4, facing the sea and beaches, independent with terrace and panoramic view. 50m along by the sea and you can be strolling along the pedestrian street, shopping in the indoor market and visiting all the town centre shops and amenities, and 1 mile away you can be mixing with our Italian friends. The apartment will be air conditioned during the summer and you will have use of an underground garage with secure access. •The property is rented from Saturday to Saturday, arrival in the afternoon and departure in the morning

Menton Apartment

The apartment is marvellously situated with a balcony overlooking the beach and sea towards Italy. Positioned between the harbour and the old town it is close to many good restaurants, shops and the excellent market.

The apartment, which has air conditioning, is well equipped with a bedroom, living room + balcony, separate kitchen and bathroom. It is particularly nice being able to eat out on the balcony overlooking the bay in the evening.

Linen and parking are also available though with an additional charge. It has its own entrance on the Traverse des Diamants with an attractive arched doorway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment which is more than big enough for two and could easily accommodate a couple of young children on the fold up bed in the living room as well.

The situation can be no better view of the sea and mountains

The apartment is air conditioned and windows closed is very quiet
The equipment and the surface is entirely appropriate to make a family of 4 'persons

The situation in old city and the sea 50 m
Parc du Mercantour region superb mountain
Possibility of revived especially the magnificent sea bort Cape

We found this apartment to be ideally situated with the beach literally just opposite, and shops, restaurants and bars etc within minutes walking distance. This made the holiday easy and relaxed where without effort, we were able to enjoy the wonderful french/italiate town of Menton both during the day and night. The apt balcony and its view of the beach & harbour provided an eyecatching setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and would recommend it to others. Our thanks to Melle Fecci!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this rental during the last two weeks of May 2009. The apartment was perfect for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. It is roomy, very well maintained and has a spectacular view of the Cote de Azur from the balcony. It is located directly across from the beach and is within easy walking distance from the train station, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen has everything necessary to make and serve meals if you prefer to do so. We have been coming to Menton for many years and would highly recommend this property. We plan on staying at this same property next year during our holiday. Finally, the owner is very nice and provided us with all the information necessary to ensure a happy stay at her apartment.
