This Spacious villa is only 10min from the Mediterranean and backs onto the vineyards of the foothills of the Pyrenees, offering a wonderful view of the mountains, that you can enjoy from the first floor terrace or the generous garden. The villa has multiple exits onto the large terrace where you will find the private pool, a wonderful sitting area and a barbecue. The nearby village centre and its’ local shops, are within just a few minutes walking distance. The supermarket 5 minutes drive. This property is the perfect holiday home, tastefully and well equipped, close to amenities yet very quiet and private. It consists of 3 bedrooms – 2 double, one with en-suit bathroom – 1 large twin room with 2 extra beds, 1 extra bathroom, separate WC with washing machine; fully equipped kitchen and storage room, leading onto pool terrace; large airy lounge\dining room with open fireplace also leading onto pool terrace, Satellite TV/DVD/VHS; garage; table-tennis, trampoline, basketball net.

Sorède is a picturesque village located in the Albères, the cork forest foothills of the Pyrenees. It is 40 minutes drive from the local airport of Perpignan and 1 hour from Gerona, 15 minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from the Spanish border. The area is rich in art, history culture and cuisine but also ideal for many sporting activities including walking, cycling, climbing, water sports and golf, the ski resorts of the Pyrenees are just 90 minutes away. Sorède offers you a peaceful and relaxing holiday, whilst situated only 10 minutes from the more popular large sandy beaches or rocky coves of the Côte Vermeille.

Wonderfully situated villa in Sorède

We spent 2 lovely weeks in Sorède. The villa is a perfect holiday home, tasteful, comfortable and well equiped. There are trampoline, table tennis and table soccer for the kids. We enjoyed the exceptional view from the pool terrace to relax to and the long warm evenings next to the pool.

As the village is only 10 min walk away and offers restaurants and shops, we only needed the car to go to the beach or visit some of the many historical sites
We were greated by the owners friendly letting assistant, who was our contact in case of any problems. We didn't have any problems, but it's nice to know you have someone to contact.

I would recommend this property to couples or families looking for an enjoyable holiday home with easy acces, calm and peacful without being far away from everything.
