This nice apartment (with air conditioning) is located near the famous square S.Croce. We are situated in the most popular area of Santa Croce quarter, near the nice shops & restaurants. The apartment (65sq m) is on the 2nd floor without elevator of an old Florentine building. A small balcony with a view on the roof of Florence is equipped with a table & chairs and offer a cosy corner for nice dinners by candlelight. The owner has furnished the apartment with its personal taste & lot of care in the particulars equipping it with all the needs for a comfortable living (heating,air conditioning, iron, toaster, minipimer, milk shaker, hair-drier).The apartment is composed by a living room with a sofa bed (TV LCD 32’, home-theatre, DVD) dining area & separated kitchen corner (4 flames, oven, fridge,freezer,microwave) a large bedroom with queensize bed & second TV, storage room with a washing machine, large bathroom with shower.

This nice apartment is located in the city centre, near the famous S.Croce Square.We are situated in the most popular area of Santa Croce quarter, near the nice shops and restaurants. In few minutes by walk you can reach the best-known site and crowning architectural jewel of Florence the cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore, known as The Duomo, the nearby Campanile (partly designed by Giotto) and the Baptistery, one of the bridges in particular stands out as being unique — The Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge), the Uffizi ('offices') located at the corner of Piazza della Signoria, a site important for being the centre of Florence civil life and government for centuries, the church of San Lorenzo that contains the Medici Chapel, and all other important monuments and museums in Florence.

Fabulous Florence!!

The flat was as described and everything we wanted was included. We were really pleased with when we arrived. It was very modern, clean and well presented. Elena and Giovanni were helpful and showed us where local shops and markets were.

The location of the flat is excellent, close to Santa Croce and within walking distance of all tourist attractions including statues of David, Nepute and Uffizi Gallery.

We found a great restaurant in Santa Croce Piazza, called "S Croce" and ate there most nights in our 9 night stay. Michael our waiter was excellent, he had a great sense of humour and was very friendly.

We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and relatives and hopefully will ourselves visit again!

We - my girlfriend and I - stayed in this little cosy appartment for five nights early october 2009. We had a perfect time.

When we arrived, we were welcomed by the dad of Giovanni (both are very friendly!). The appartment was very clean, situated on the second (top) floor and had all the luxuries you needed and was perfectly located. Nice big bathroom (no bath), big sleeping rooom with walk-in-closet and living room with kitchen. Next to the vide there was also a (very) little roofterrace with nice views. Just enoough space for a couple chairs and a little table so we could have dinner and drinks, watching the sun go down!

From this place you can walk easily to the city centre as it is located in the Sante Croce area, 5 minutes walk (east) from the Sante Croce Square. Good restaurants and plenty of shops nearby! Also a daily (morning) market for fresh veggies and more....

If we go back, we will defintely book this place again!

Lovely appartment in central Florence

We spent 5 wonderful nights here in September 2009. Difficult to think of a single fault apart from the need of a light switch at the top of the stairs. It even had a safe, underground carpark nearby. We are recommending it highly to our friends.

wonderful apartment - very clean & modern

We were very pleased with this apartment. It was super clean and we loved the modern design. The location worked out fine for us. We walked all the way from the train station with our luggage in tow and then walked to the Accademia and the Uffizi Gallery. The owners were very helpful, considerate and on time. The bathroom tile was very stylish and appeared to be very new. The rainshower style shower head was great. Our 9 year old daughter loved the loft. We used the washing machine and dried our clothes on a rack on the terrace. We'd highly recommend this apartment.

Location was fantastic and apt very clean and quiet. Owner very responsive and met us at apt to explain it all. Would recommend to friends and stay again.
