Photos and Description of this Crozon holiday house Beautiful 3 bed house in the waterside historic village of Landevennec.

This is a traditional house with the benefit of modern new furnishings. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably with 3 double bedrooms. It is in an elevated position overlooking the beautiful tidal estuary and surrounding woodlands. The quayside village is busy with watersports activities throughout the summer. This area is renowned for its spectacular coastal walking and cycling. Numerous sandy beaches surround this Peninsular which are a short drive away, however there is a stony beach adjacent to the quay. The Peninsular is a protected area of outstanding natural beauty and has many historic villages. The house has a sunny orientation, a lawned garden and benefits from a large raised terrace area. It is in a most peaceful location with ample parking in the grounds. The port of Roscoff is just 1 hour's drive away and St. Malo 2hours 30 minutes. Brest and Quimper are 1 hour away. There are flights into Brest from the U.K Our house is available all year round.

This lovely house which has views of the water is newly renovated and has brand new furniture, beds etc. (apart from a couple of antique pieces). The house looks over the meandering Rade of Brest which in the summer months is busy with all the watersports. This spectacular Peninsula is very beautiful and unspoiled. The pretty village is very peaceful as the road, itself the D 60 only goes to Landevennec. The nearby town of Crozon has several large supermarkets and lots of small shops. There is a market in the square everyday and a large market on Fridays. There are lots of wonderful uncrowded beaches around the Peninsula and spectacular cliff top walks. Lots of places to visit including Abbye of Landevennec Locronan Historic Quimper Oceanopolis at Brest Menez-Hom to name but a few. And of course a surfeit of fish restaurants.

This spacious property which can accommodate up to 8 people has been totally refurbished and has new furnishings throughout (apart from an antique dresser and chairs in lounge). The new kitchen and dining area has double doors onto a large decking area with views of the estuary. There is outdoor furniture on the terrace. From the hall double doors lead into a spacious lounge. Electric wall heaters have been installed throughout the property.
