Stylish apartments located far from the noise in the area of 'Poble Sec', but still near the center. It has two/three bedrooms, some rooms with two single beds and others with double beds. All has bathrooms with a shower or bath.The living room/dining room is spacious and comfortable. It has a sofa, a Satellite TV, CD-Radio and Internet connection (WI-FI). The kitchens are completely furnished with new electrical appliance such as fridge, dishwasher and washing machine and in the apartments there are both air conditioning and heating. EXTRA: The owner only accepts reservations for families or people over 27. There’s no possibility to check-in between 23.00 and 7.00. If you are planning to book this apartment for Christmas or New Year’s Eve, please note that the owner does not accept check-in nor check-out the 25th December and the 1st January Payments by credit cards are accepted

It has two beautiful bathrooms, one of which has a shower and other a bath. The living room/dining room is large and rather comfortable. It has two sofas, a Satellite TV, CD-Radio and Internet connection (WI-FI). The kitchen is completely furnished with new electrical appliance such as fridge, dishwasher and washing machine and in the apartment there is both air conditioning and heating.

The district Poble Sec lies on the border of Montjüic hill, the backdrop of the World Exposition which took place in Barcelona in 1929 and the Olympic Games in 1992. The most famous street in this district is, Avinguda Paral.lel, which was once the prime centre of Barcelona nightlife - often called the ´Montmartre´ of Barcelona. During the first half of the 20th century, this was Barcelona's area of theatres, nightclubs and music halls. Today Poble Sec continues to enjoy a friendly atmosphere with quiet streets and parks and you can still find some traditional bars, some more modernized and various good restaurants.
