Large lounge/dinning room with satellite TV and CD player. Books and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge freezer oven, hob, microwave and toaster. In the utility room is a washing machine and sink. The bathroom is fully tiled and has shower over the bath. There is a large private roof terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers also large sun shade. There is also a small front terrace with table and chairs, and front garden and room for parking. Within walking distance of supermarkets, bars and restaurants and beaches. 3 golf courses 5 minutes drive away. Local transport 5 minutes walk.

La Zenia beach is a very large sandy beach with children climbing frame, beach bar, toilets and water sports.Sunbeds and shades to rent. There are walks along the coastline to more beaches and marina Saturday is the local street market for fruit, veg,clothes,textiles,gifts and much more. Torrevieja is only 10 minuets by bus or car,has many attractions, such as shopping centre, water park, museums, funfair,boat rides, day and night street markets,many sea front restaurants and bars ,ice cream parlors and many fiestas during the year. There are 3 golf courses just 5 minutes drive away and more close by. The Orihuela Costa swimming pool and sports complex is 5 minutes walk.

We just got back from our holiday and really enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. It's tidy, very clean, nice and quiet and well equipped. All we hoped for!! Everything nearby....supermarkets, beautiful beach, swimming-pool...We'll definitly recommend it to all of our friends.

We used this accomodation in June 2009 and found it to be very clean and tidy. Being a working couple in our 40's the location was exactly what we expected for our relaxing holiday. The beach and coastal footpath were only 10 minutes away. There were a variety of bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk at La Zenia, or 10 minutes walk to the Via Park Centre where The Causeway restaurant serves the most delicious Bailey's cheesecake.) The highlight for us was the size and privacy of the roof terrace.
