Pollencas and Puerto Pollencas: The picturesque countryside around Pollenca is a colourful mixture of fertile fruit orchards and lightly wooded glades, bordered by hills to the south and dramatic rocky outcrops of Mallorca's northern mountains. Contained within ten square kilometres, the region stretches along the coast to Alcudia from the golden beaches of Puerto Pollencas and inland to the quaint, historic small town of Pollenca itself. To the north the shores of Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia are fringed with kilometres of golden sand with water sports and ideal sun bathing for the more relaxing holiday. Both Puerto Pollenca and Pollenca offer a good selection of restaurants, ranging from cafes and tapas bars to fine dining. Pollenca, apart from its pretty square has the Via Crucis which is a notable attraction with its long stairway which ascends Calvary Hill, from which there are superb views over the coast.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To confirm the booking, the 50 % of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property. Booking payments can be made either by bank transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2 % supplement on card´s charge. Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+ 2 % supplement) or traveller cheques. As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property.
  • Cancellation charges: If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid. Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.
  • The minimum rental period is one week. The property is booked from 14.00 pm on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.

Wir hatten auf Can Pancho einen schönen Urlaub verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie z.b. Strom- oder Wasserausfall sind o.k. aber in dem kleinen Poolhaus, wo die Kinder geschlafen hatten, war plötzlich Wasser aus der Toilette ausgetreten und das SZ war überflutet. Na ja, es wurde repariert.
Jetzt aber ist die Wochenmiete so extrem aufgeschlagen, dass ich schreiben muss. Denn für diesen Preis muss das Poolhaus noch für die nächste Saisin komplett renoviert werden, vor allem die Bäder und die Kanalisation. Wir wären gerne wieder gekommen, aber für diesen Preis können wir dort keinen Urlaub mehr verbringen. Man sollte die Preiserhöhung von fast 80% überdenken.

Ein wundervolles Haus, tolle ruhige und doch zentrale Lage. Sehr grosszügig.Nette Vermieter. Poolhausbäder sollten demnächst renoviert werden, sind aber o.k.. Sehr empfehlenswert.
