Paralimni:
Just five minutes drive away is the town of Paralimni. It is steeped in tradition and here you will find historical churches, traditional crafts and pretty, narrow winding streets.
Paralimni is the administrative centre for the Famagusta area, after Famagusta itself was deserted following the Turkish Invasion. Before this it had been a small village.
It is a busy little town with plenty of shops, larger supermarkets and cafes. There is a beautiful central square, which even boasts a Marks & Spencer for those less traditional individuals! Perfect for shopping and sightseeing.

Protaras is a purpose-built tourist centre, a taxi ride away.
A buzzing resort with long beaches that are host to a number of watersports, such as jet skiing, boat trips, diving and much more at the famous beautiful Fig Tree Bay. There are many bars and restaurants along ‘the strip’, which come alive at night. It is very family friendly with activities such as mini golf, fairground rides and other attractions for younger family members.
Just outside of Protaras is the beautiful Cape Greko, with sea caves and nature reserve. Perfect for sightseeing, snorkelling and scuba diving. There are daily boat trips here from Protaras, Penera and Ayia Napa.
Ayia Napa:
If you really like to live it up, then go to Ayia Napa, the party capital. A resort for young adults as well as catering for families.
During the day there are fantastic beaches, watersports and a water park. At night the famous clubs, bars and restaurants get going into full swing to entertain those who wish to party the night away.
