Lovely self-catering holiday rental villa in French style, with enough room to house up to 9 people. The entrance gives access to the first bedroom, the terrace, and the living room. The first bedroom contains 1 double bed and 1 single bed and own wash stand. The terrace is located on the south. The living room with TV, DVD, fireplace and dining table is the perfect spot for evenings at home. From the living room you can enter the fully equipped kitchen, the hallway and stairs to a separate toilet and second shower room The kitchen contains a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and furnace with oven. The hallway leads to the other 3 bedrooms, the shower room and the second separated WC. One bedroom contains a double bed and two bedrooms contain 2 single beds. One of them gives access to the balcony. The private garden (100 m2) has a barbecue and a nice place to sit under the plane. And a swimming pool of .7.5 x 3.5meter.

Arles sur Tech is located in the most southern valley of France ; la vallée du Tech. There is a boulangerie, pharmacy, a bank, grocerie, city state and BBQ places near the river and 4 restaurants. Ceret, major point of interest, has all the commerces you need, including an excellent museum and several art galleries. The very well visited market on saturday morning is worth a visit. Bars and restaurants offer the ambiance you will surely appreciate. There is a wide variety of facilities in this department, rich for its history ; you will find roman art, castles, fortresses (Vauban) but also acrobatic parks, watersports, golf, a lake, waterfalls.... If you love to go biking, horse riding, visit thermal baths, go out for walks or white water rafting, the sandy or rocky coasts, or have diner in restaurants offering local food...this is the place to be. The flora and fauna is most interesting.

    A € 100 returnable deposit is also required in advance, to cover damage and breakages.
