Consists of 2 double bedrooms ensuite 2 luxury bathrooms, with bath and separate shower, a lounge with open kitchen, guest toilet and utility room (wash and dry), flat screen TV, DVD, satellite with with a lot of English spiking channels. Air conditioning reversible throughout. The penthouse is for rent fully furnished with designer furniture. There is a 50sq m roof terrace with BBQ, shower, toilet, storage room with fridge, lounge chairs, dining and teak furniture on a parquet floor. Situated in the most beautiful and quiet zone of Puerto Pollensa on walking distance from shops, fine bars and restaurants.
