This newly-built villa with its private pool is located in a quiet private domain just 250 metres from the wonderful sandy beaches of La Nartelle. The house is just right for 6 adults or a family with children. Everything is within easy reach - St Tropez, Port Grimaud, Grimaud, Cogolin, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Les Issambres, Frejus and St Raphael. The house has everything you could possibly need for your vacation on the French Riviera. The three bedrooms are on the top floor. Two of the rooms face the big balcony offering a glimpse of the Mediterranean. On the bottom floor you find the multipurpose room, with a wonderful Provençal kitchen with all conceivable equipment. Stove, oven, microwave, dishwashing machine, ice machine, refrigerator and freezer. The window wall can be opened onto the flagged terrace with its private pool and outdoor barbecue. There is a washing machine in the garage. A private parking space is included. A car is recommended.

The best beaches are to the west of Ste Maxime and in particular, La Nartelle which is only 250 meters away from the villa. You can choose between several commercial “Plages” or a large public beach. At the beach there are possibilities to rent Jet Ski, pedal boats and windsurfing equipment. The nice restaurants are open both daytime and in the evening. There are also activities for the young. The surroundings is characterized by beautiful soft hills. Tennis, golf and boat excursions are attractive activities nearby. The nearest golf course is within only 5 minutes by car and several others within 15-45 minutes. The charmy town Sainte-Maxime has an old and picturesque centre, with pedestrian streets, small shops and plenty of restaurants. The local market hall offers everything you possible can desire. Famous and popular Saint Tropez is only 20 minute by ferry from the port. From St Tropez you can also get boats further southwest.
