A high circular hallway; marble stairs up to the first floor with main double bedroom suite (emperor bed,walk-in wardrobe, shower room & terraces) Downstairs is the comfortably furnished sitting room (wide screen satellite TV, DVD, video,separate stereo with CD, radio and cassette). Archway to dining room and then the large fully fitted all electric modern kitchen:(large fridge freezer, ceramic hob (4 hot plates), oven, microwave,dishwasher) .Small laundry room with washing machine. Bedroom corridor with 1 double bedroom & bathroom en suite, 2 twin bedrooms and separate full bathroom. Outside is the lovely garden, swimming pool and terrace with sunbeds, a built-in barbecue and covered area with tables and chairs for dining out. The pool may be covered & heated, included in certain seasons. The garage is used as a games room(darts and table tennis) Carport for 2 small cars. Security and smoke alarms. Small safe.

The villa is conveniently situated just 5klms west of the market and fishing town of Lagos, near the village of Espiche and only 4klms to the well-known sandy beach of Luz. Espiche is a local village perhaps a 20 minute walk away, with local stores and bars and a couple of good restaurants. Other southern beaches, from Burgau and Vale do Boi to Praia da Salema are a 15-30 minute drive and the wild, west coast beaches are only a little further. There are 4 golf courses within a 30-minute drive, Boavista on the near side and Palmares and Penina on the far side of Lagos and Parque de Floresta to the west. Boavista also has lovely tennis courts for hire and there are courts in Luz and at Parque de Floresta where there is also Squash, riding, a gym and a pampering beauty salon. Riding stables are near by at Almádena and at Bemsafrim just a little further but with professional instruction. Both arrange rides in the countryside.

These cheques will not be cashed -unless there is a problem of course. Please discuss any damage as soon as it occurs with our villa managers. Cash/cheques will be returned within 2-3 weeks after your departure.

Bedroom 2 and 3 have use of a separate full bathroom. All 3 ground floor bedrooms have doors out onto the pool terrace.

Notes: The villa is fitted with a small safe, as well as security and smoke alarm systems. The housekeeper comes twice a week and changes the house linen once a week during this visit. The pool is covered and heated in the middle seasons included in the rent. It is extra in the winter and peak seasons. (It is not normally necessary in the latter season and the extra heat deteriorates the plastic cover.)
