Our private spacious fully air conditioned villa has 4 bedrooms, the bedrooms are arranged as 2 doubles (1with en suite) and 2 twins. The villa has a private large extended pool deck ideal for sunbathing and entertaining, with an abundance of luxury sun loungers, chairs and small table, shaded lanai area with fan and large alfresco dining table and chairs. The pool, which can be heated (at additional cost) is an ideal place to relax those aching muscles after days at the parks. The villa is situated on a large fenced in lot with large garden with tropical plants in the community of thousand Oaks, just 10 minutes from Disney, yet quiet and peaceful with its own large fishing lake just 2 minutes walk away. The villa is equipped with wireless internet connection(for use with own laptop), washer and dryer, bed linen and towels provided (excluding beach towel). 3 bedrooms have TV, whilst there is DVD/ HIFI, TV in the lounge. High chair, travel cot and buggy. Fully equipped games room.

Only minutes from Reunion and Champions Gate for golf courses, ideal for shopping at Florida's prime shopping malls, Once you've done the parks, visit the coast, only 40 minutes to Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Centre on the East Coast and 45 minutes to Tampa on the West Coast and Busch Gardens. Try a trip on an Airboat at Bogey Creek, or an evening at Old Town Kissimmee with car and bike nights. Eat at the many fine restaurants within 10 minutes drive, of order a takeaway delivered to the door. You could also use the house as a base to visit Miami, the Bahamas etc.

Beaches: The coast on both sides of Florida can be reached easily via interstate 4 which is only a few minutes drive from Thousand Oaks. On the Atlantic Coast there is also the Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona beach. On the Gulf Coast the Beaches are ideally suited for children as well as Busch Gardens theme park

Disney Theme park and other attractions: Thousand Oaks is ideally situated for access to all the Theme parks, Disney being a 10 minute car journey away, there are also the Shopping malls just up interstate 4. The villa contains brochures and maps to all the attractions. There is also a guest book with previous guests comments and recommendations. Thousand oaks has its own fishing lake for those who prefer a more relaxed day (fishing rods at villa for use) Water skiing, jet bikes etc are available for rent a short journey away from the villa.

Golf: The new Greg Norman designed golf course at Champions Gate is only minutes away at exit 24 on interstate 4, there are numerous other courses within easy reach.

Everything was just as you said and the real bonus was just how quiet it was - you are very lucky not having next door neighbours peering into your backyard and pool !

You really do have quite a lot of land (unusual these days) and we did enjoy being able to use the BBQ

Your pool was great along with all the poolside furniture. The boys loved the games room and we all chilled out.
Your web pictures don't do your place justice and we are very happy to recommend to future holiday makers.
