This large flat has been newly refurbished to a high standard. It offers a central location, a few minutes walk from the town center and Exmouth 2 miles of sandy beach. The Exe estuary is also just a few minutes walk, a haven for bird enthusiasts & water sports. The flat is perfect for exploring Exmouth & the many local attractions & amenities. The flat has a comfy lounge with luxury double bed settee, TV, digibox, DVD, stereo & gas fire.Kitchen has 4 ring electric cooker with grill, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave & toaster. The bedroom contains a double bed & a single futon, additional TV & digibox. Bathroom with electric shower, toilet & wash basin. There is an extendible dining table & chairs. Outside:There is a small decked area with patio furniture. The apartment has gas central heating. Duvet & pillows provided. Linen, towel, cot & high chair hire available on request. Exmouth lies at the mouth of the River Exe and has two miles of golden sands for you to explore. A nature reserve spreads across a large part of the estuary, and is home to many birds and other wildlife. It is also at the start of the Heritage Coast Path, a coastal and cliff-top walk that takes you all the way to Lyme Regis. A short ferry ride will take you to Starcross and Dawlish where you can walk to Powderham Castle and waterside pubs. The town centre has a wide variety of shops and an indoor market. There are a number of parks in and around the town. There are numerous sporting activities you can enjoy during your stay. Water sports including windsurfing, kite surfing, jet ski, wake boarding and water skiing to name a few! Exmouth has a railway station, and a short ride will take you to the city of Exeter with its many attraction.     The accommodation shall be available from 3pm on the first day of the period booked until 10am on the last day of the period booked by which time the guests are required to vacate the accommodation and leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Change over day is Saturday.
    CHRISTMAS 2009 AND NEW YEAR CHANGE OVER DAYS ARE FLEXABLE, MINIMUM BOOKING IS 7 NIGHTS UNLESS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT.

good flat in quiet area close to everything

We had a perfect week. Flat is just as described on web and very clean. Went to starcross on boat, well worth a day trip. Hired bikes, great fun. Went to Ganges Indian resturant, would definately recommend. Thanks for goodies on arrival. Will be back.

Absolutely first class. We arrived to a very well maintained and very clean apartment. We had a fantastic week in and around Exmouth, the ideal location of the apartment made it that much more enjoyable. Definitely come back. The description of the property is accurate and it was very clean and well maintained. The owner is friendly and helpful. We were only there for a weekend and the location close to shops and restaurants meant that it was not necessay to take lots of provisions. We particularly enjoyed lunch a the Grove on the Esplanade and we enoyed the pub in Limpstone which is a pretty destination for a pleasant walk. Indeed for us the main attraction was the excellent walking in both directions along the coast.

Excellent accommodation

We had a short winter break at this apartment. Very comfortable and well equipped. Heating was very efficient. Despite it's central location it was quiet and peaceful. We explored the Exe estuary and walked to The Swan at Lympstone.....good beer and food!

What a find, This spacious apartment was ample size for me and my partner and our two friends. The flat is in an ideal location as its just a couple minutes walk from the town, which was great as we did not need to use the car all week as the beach was only a short walk away as well.It was decorated to a high standard and in an imaculate condition when we arrived. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in exmouth, Had a fantastic holiday.
