Fully furnished apartment on the first floor at the most wanted area in Puerto Pollensa. The apartment is situated on the famous pine walk with direct access to the sandy beach just in front of the apartment with no road between. Ideal for families with children. It consists of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets, living area (lounge/dining) includes TV , DVD, and satellite, radio/CD. From the living room you have access to the terrace (20sq m) completely furnished with BBQ and dining for 10 persons etc.. and wonderful view on the bay of Puerto Pollensa. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had a fridge, microwave and electric oven. The apartment has a complete parquet floor. There is a parking area just at the back of the apartment and you are just a few minutes walking away from the best restaurants, bars and shops.

The apartment is situated on the pine walk at 0 m from the sea and only 10m driving to the beautiful sandy beach of Formentor. Also the Golf of Pollensa (9 wholes) is only 10 minutes away, and the 18 whole new golf of Alcudia/Alcanada also 10 min away with an amazing view on the beaches of Puerto Alcudia. The old and very beautiful village of Pollensa is only 10 min driving from the apartment. Shops, resto and supermarkets are at walking distances. The market in Puerto Pollensa is on wednesday and in Pollensa on sundays.
