A luxurious and tastefully decorated property which is set over 2 floors. This property has marble flooring throughout with a marble staircase to the master suite which includes a large en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom leads on to an incredible terrace with amazing views over golf, mountains and sea. The top terrace boasts a large 6-seater jacuzzi with a built in sound system, waterfall and lights! There is also a bar area with fridge, bar stools and a solar powered shower. The 2 guest rooms have twin beds that can be zipped together if required. All rooms are furnished to an incredibly high standard. The lounge / dining area has a large flat screen TV with full Sky/Setanta sports package, with a DVD player available. The lounge leads directly on to the lower terrace which has comfortable sofa and chairs together with a further dining area for those alfresco meals. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, including an extra fridge-freezer with ice-maker!

There are many sporting facilities available including golf - there are so many courses you will be spoilt for choice, 54 at the last count on the Costa del Sol alone! Puerto Banus is home to the rich and famous. People watch on the Marina or eat at the great restaurants. There is extensive night-life for all ages, and to suit all budgets. La Quinta itself is a marvellous location, peaceful and tranquil, with stunning views, but within easy reach of everything. Facilities local include the 5 Star Westin La Quinta Hotel, which offers golf, a wonderful Spa & Gymnasium, and several superb restaurants.

Peaceful location with great views from the terraces. Away from the hustle and bustle of Marbella and Puerto Banus, but within an easy drive to both with local supermarkets and restaurants. A car is a must as plenty of interesting places to visit. A week was definitely not long enough. The apartment was excellent. It had every facility you could wish for to make your stay as comfortable as possible. High quality fixtures and fittings & plenty of space for 6 adults. The outdoor pool was too cold for us to venture into but we made good use of the rooftop terrace with bar and jacuzzi. A lovely relaxing holiday. Not for those who want lots of razzamatazz on the doorstep! Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks to Peter and Debbie for looking after us and providing all information needed.
