Panoramic view on the sea, yacht harbour, and the so famous Cap Ferrat. In the center of a Mediterranean village with its daily morning provencal market, chic shops, fine restaurants and bars. 5min train from Nice and Monaco, 30 min train for Italy. Beaches and promenades around Cap-Ferrat are divine.

Beaulieu-sur-Mer is a sophisticated little village nestled in a lovely bay on the Mediterranean coastline where the sea meets the mountain. Beaulieu is a vibrant town full of pretty streets, wonderful Belle Epoque buildings, cafes, exclusive boutiques, a daily market, two harbours, a casino and two beaches. Beaulieu is ideally situated to explore the region, either by car, train or bus. To the West are the famous Cap-Ferrat and charming old provence villages of Villefranche, Eze, Saint-Paul de Vence, Antibes, Saint Tropez. You will enjoy shopping in Nice and Cannes, hearing concerts, visiting fine art galleries and museums Chagall, Matisse, Renoir, Léger, Maeght Foundation and so on. To the east is Monaco with its glamorous casinos, luxury hotels and gourmet restaurants. Italy is only a short train ride or car drive away with its colourful markets and delicious food.
