A truly magnificent property. Seven bedrooms with a cinema room, large games room & small office set over 4 floors. An imposing house with steps leading up to a grand entrance hall which leads into the huge sitting room which has luxurious furnishings. Adjacent to the sitting room is a TV snug room with large flat screen tv. The open plan dining area is adjacent to the sitting room & has a large feature table to seat 10/12. The spacious fully fitted kitchen and breakfast room leads from the dinning room. There is a study with Internet connection. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor both with full ensuite bathrooms. A very grand marble staircase leads to the first floor where the impressive master bedroom has a four poster bed & delicate, luxurious furnishings with a dressing area, flat screen tv & full ensuite bathroom. Access to a large balcony overlooking the garden, pool and golf course. Also on this level is a twin bedroom + full ensuite bathroom & access to balcony

House Description Continued: On the lower ground level are three further bedrooms; two doubles & one twin, sharing a full bathroom and a separate showroom. All 3 bedrooms have large patio windows giving access to the garden. On this same level is the home cinema room complete with surround sound system, cable tv, dvd player and video, plus a bar area . There is a second fully fitted kitchen with washing machine & tumble dryer. The basement is home to a magnificent games room with comfortable seating, TV, a full size snooker table, table tennis, dart board, table football & nine pin skittle alley. The enclosed garden is laid to lawn with a waterfall feature, a large pool with ample terracing for sunbathing & a large covered area for al fresco dining with gas BBQ. Air conditioning throughout the property, underfloor integrated heating & sound system. Maid service everyday except Sundays & bank holidays. Pool heating available at a supplement of £500 pw & heating available in low season for a supplement of £110 p

We had a great stay, we were there for 5 days of relaxing and golf. In terms of the property it was everything it said on the tin and we especially liked the fact you could walk through the garden and onto the 9th hole of Quinta do Lago golf course. It certainly made life easy. In terms of the rest of the facilities it was great only thing missing was an outdoor jacuzzi. The property had great areas were we could all be together but was also big enough that we could split of into smaller groups depending on what people felt like doing. Loved a local restaurant called Alambique and also Julias on the beach.

I can honestly say the only thing we disliked was having to go home, it was a thoroughly good trip all round.
