Villa Boron has 4 double bedrooms all of which boast ensuite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and sliding patio doors. One of the bedrooms has 2 double beds so the Villa can sleep up to 10 people. The main bedrooms downstairs and upstairs possess flat screen TVs, power showers and the bedroom downstairs also has a marble fitted Jacuzzi. The 50m2 lounge and dining area has a 32' flat screen TV with Sky package and DVD player. There is a large terrace leading off from the lounge which possesses a dining table for 6, ceiling fan and spectacular sea views. The bbq terrace has a built in bbq, table for 8 people and 4 sun loungers. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, sink and cooking facilities. The soft terrace is next to the kitchen and has comfortable seating for 4. The kitchen has all mod cons, dishwasher, oven, hob, American style fridge, griddle and TV. There is air con throughout the villa. The 6m x 4m swimming pool is indoors so can be used in summer and winter.

Villa Boron is located on Boulevard Carnot, a 10 min walk from the cafes and restaurants at the Port of Nice. The area is quiet and peaceful yet there is a large supermarket at the crossroads only 2 minutes walk away where you can find a diverse array of food and drink. The Old Town of Nice and the city centre are approx 30 mins walk away. There is a regular bus service which travels along Blvd Carnot going to the shops, bars and restaurants of Vieux Nice (5 mins) one way and the sandy beach and charming village of Ville Franche (5 mins) the other way. Airport transfer is approx 25 mins in a taxi. There are steps which lead from Blvd Carnot down to the rocks at sea level where you can sunbathe and swim. Coco beach at the port is approx a 5 min walk away.

Lovely Villa, all had a really nice time. The location was ideal as its so difficult to find a Villa that offers so much and is not miles out of Nice. We didnt need to have a car which made it all hassle free. Great Views and space surrounding the Villa. Shops and buses etc just yards from the Villa. Spent most of our time at the actual Villa as it catered for all our needs. 9/10
